Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread=YUM!
I got this fabulous recipe from a great friend on SCS: Jeanniebabes. You have to try it it is amazing!!
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
7/8 cup of vegetable oil (3/4 cup plus one half of 1/4 cup)
4 eggs
1 15oz can of Libbys Pumpkin
1 cup (or more) of mini chocolate chips ( I used the whole bag)
Mix first 9 ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Bake in a well greased angel food cake pan or 2 loaf pans...I used a bunt pan. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
Can also be baked as muffins, check with toothpick in center after 20 minutes and add a minute or two as needed.
